Technical Information
La Única 6th Edition is crafted from a careful selection of Tempranillo grapes sourced from the Pagos del Rey estates in Morales de Toro (Zamora), Olmedillo de Roa (Burgos) and Fuenmayor (La Rioja). It is composed of 65 per cent Tinta de Toro and is aged for approximately 100 days in oak barrels, with a high proportion of new oak. A fresh and expressive wine, characterised by fruit, mineral notes and a taut, structured palate that lends depth and personality to the wine as a whole. 20 per cent Tinto Fino from Olmedillo de Roa, aged for 384 days in oak barrels, which brings maturity, body and complexity, enriching the wine’s aromatic profile and structure. The remaining 15 per cent consists of Tempranillo from Fuenmayor, aged for 300 days, selected for its elegance and balance, lending finesse and harmony to the final blend.
