D.O. Toro / Bajoz
Bajoz Crianza
Bajoz Crianza, named after the River Bajoz that runs near the village of Morales de Toro, uses exclusively the best handpicked Tempranillo (Tinta de Toro) grapes. Some of the vines that provide the grapes for this wine are 40 years old. The result is a fruity and well-balanced wine.

Tasting Notes
Cherry red colour with garnet tones. On the nose, it displays aromas of red fruits, cream and vanilla, having been aged in new American and French oak barrels. Fleshy on palate, withe polished tannins.
Food Pairing
A great companion to all kinds of meats, roasts, stews and cured cheeses.
Technical Information
The grapes are carefully selected and go through a period of cold maceration to allow the juice and skins to be in contact. The fermentation then takes place at a controlled temperature of 25°C. The entire process is designed for maximum fruit expression and nice and polished tannins. The wine is aged in the barrel for at least 6 months and 3 months in bottle.
