Centola is made from “Albariño” grapes carefully grown in the vineyards at “Val do Salnés” in Galicia, where most vineyards and wineries congregate under the Denominación de Origen Rías Baixas.

Albariño is also a byword for fresh white wine, with the right acidity and freshness. They are remarkable for their pleasantly impressive fine and distinguished floral and fruity aromas, of a medium intensity and a medium-long finish.

Pulpo

This wine is made from “albariño” grapes carefully grown in the vineyars of the región “Val do Salnés” (Salnes Valley) in Galicia, where there is concentrated the largest area of vineyards and wineries Denominación de Origen Rías Baixas.

This grape is characterized by small clusters, early maturing and medium vigor. They noted for its floral and fruity, fine and distinguished aromas, which pleasantly impressed, medium intensity and medium-long term.

Bajoz Crianza, named after the River Bajoz that runs near the village of Morales de Toro, uses only the best handpicked Tempranillo (Tinta de Toro) grapes. The grapes are selected from vines up to 50 years-old. The harvest is carried out at the end of September into early October.

Gran Bajoz

The grapes for the bold Gran Bajoz, named after the River Bajoz that runs near the village of Morales de Toro, are carefully selected and handpicked from vines up to 100 years-old from vineyards with a small production of 2,000 kilograms per hectare. They are transported to the Pagos del Rey winery in Toro in cases of only 15 kgs to protect the berries. Only 5,000 boxes per vintage are produced.
